Client Testimonials

The quality of our work is most often rated on our technical service, professionalism, innovation, communication, and adherence to budgets and schedules. However, we believe that the greatest indicator of ATI’s success is our percentage of repeat clients, as this rate exceeds 80%.

ATI has received numerous commendations praising the quality of our work. These range from engineering excellence awards for a variety of wastewater treatment plants to numerous letters and accolades from clients. Several of these letters have been included below.

“With the completion of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Interceptor projects I would like to extend my thanks to Applied Technologies for a job well done. Beginning with facilities planning in 2000, design in 2001, and construction since 2002 culminating in completion this year, this $30 million project represented a major undertaking for the City. With more than 400 contract drawings and a multitude of contractors and suppliers, this project required a high degree of commitment and cooperation. Despite all the challenges, the project was very successful technically and financially.

Our new facilities were well conceived and constructed, and are now serving their intended purposes. Final project costs will be well with the budgets established back in the planning phase.

Thanks to the staff at Applied Technologies for your significant impact in making this project a success.”

“I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service that Applied Technologies has provided to Illinois-American Water Company. Applied Technologies originally started working for Citizens Utilities Company of Illinois (now IL-A WC) in 1993. Since then you have completed over 80 different projects, including new and rehabilitated wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, sanitary sewers, force mains, water distribution systems, booster stations, and storage tanks. These projects included planning studies, hydraulic modeling, permitting, design, construction administration, and construction inspection. You have taken on all sizes of projects, from several thousand dollars to the multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects.

Over this decade of projects, you maintained a continuity of staff that is knowledgeable of our standards and our personnel. This provided not only a high level of service, but greatly assisted in completing projects in a very timely and cost effective fashion. It is obvious that Applied Technologies takes ownership and pride in their work and looks out for the interests of the customer first.
