The quality of our work is most often rated on our technical service, professionalism, innovation, communication, and adherence to budgets and schedules. However, we believe that the greatest indicator of ATI’s success is our percentage of repeat clients, as this rate exceeds 80%. Applied Technologies originally started working for Citizens Utilities Company of Illinois (now IL-A WC) in 1993. Since then you have completed over 80 different projects, including new and rehabilitated wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, sanitary sewers, force mains, water distribution systems, booster stations, and storage tanks. These projects included planning studies, hydraulic modeling, permitting, design, construction administration, and construction inspection. You have taken on all sizes of projects, from several thousand dollars to the multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects. Over this decade of projects, you maintained a continuity of staff that is knowledgeable of our standards and our personnel.
