Knowledge Sharing
We are committed to serving our clients, not just obtaining a project, which is illustrated by our growing record of repeat business. For this reason, we provide the knowledge necessary for our clients to make sound, informed decisions throughout the duration of their projects. This is particularly important during the critical design phase, as decisions made at this juncture will have major impacts on construction costs, as well as long-term operations and maintenance costs. During this phase, we work closely with our clients to acquire valuable input from the individuals that will be affected by the new system. We maintain constant communication with our clients throughout their projects to ensure a quality project that meets their objectives.

Cost Control
Our project team has extensive experience with construction cost estimating for water and wastewater treatment plants, as illustrated by our low number of change orders. Our project team continuously searches for ways to reduce construction costs while maintaining overall project quality. We involve our highly skilled construction services personnel to provide input on constructability, as well as to identify cost saving measures.

Strict Adherence to Schedules
At the start of every project, we prepare a set of project instructions that includes, among other things, a detailed schedule showing the interaction of each task along with task durations. We utilize a computer scheduling system (PERT) that identifies the critical path in the schedule. The schedule is updated monthly and alerts the project manager to any requirements necessary to meet project milestones. Monthly workload meetings are held with all department managers to ensure that ATI’s personnel resources are adequately distributed.
